The Stargate is back by popular demand!
It’s been a few years since we last ran the programme, but due to the number of enquiries we’ve received, we’ve decided to bring the Stargate back, giving dancers the opportunity to perform at the 5Star Congress.
The Stargate programme offers couples and teams the chance to showcase their talent to a wide international audience. Stargate performers will take the stage on Friday and Sunday.

The 5Star Congress has always been central to Mambo City’s mission: to inspire a new generation of dancers while promoting excellence and enjoyment in Afrolatin dance. From the beginning, we’ve worked with world-class instructors, bringing international talent to the UK to teach and perform, helping our local dance community grow.
The Congress offers dancers the chance to perform as part of their journey, but this opportunity is for those who are committed to attending workshops and fully engaging in the weekend experience. For dancers interested only in performing, our monthly parties provide a suitable platform with free entry for performers.
