Two connected hotels come together in one venue, giving you a choice of accommodation while keeping you right at the heart of the Congress.

Bedrooms at Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre:
The Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre offers 637 rooms and a range of comfortable accommodation, from compact rooms for solo travellers through to larger rooms for families and groups. This is where we have secured our main MamboCity Congress bedroom allocation of 250 Standard Rooms per night at our special discounted rate.

Radisson RED offers 258 stylish rooms and suites, with a bold, contemporary feel, a great option if you prefer a more premium stay. We have secured a limited allocation of 30 Standard Rooms per night at a special discounted MamboCity Congress rate.

How to Book:
Use our MamboCity Congress promotional code MAMBO427 when booking your accommodation to access the special Congress rates. Discounted rooms are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early, particularly if you would like to stay at Radisson RED, where the discounted allocation is limited to just 30 rooms per night.
Room Upgrades:
Upgrades to the next available room category can be requested from £30 per room, per night, subject to availability.

Important: Our discounted Congress bedroom allocation is available for Friday 30 April, Saturday 1 May and Sunday 2 May 2027. Any rooms remaining in our allocation after 19 March 2027 will be released back to the hotel for general sale.

Travel information is subject to change, so please check current transport information before travelling.
From Heathrow Airport: The hotel is located on the Heathrow Airport perimeter. Pedestrian access from the airport terminals is not possible, so please use a taxi, airport shuttle or public transport to reach the hotel. A taxi journey normally takes around 10–15 minutes, depending on the terminal and traffic.
By Public Bus: From Heathrow Central Bus Station, located between Terminals 2 and 3, you can use buses 105, 111, 278 or 285. The N9 also provides a night service. Alight at the stop close to the hotel on Bath Road; the hotel is only a short walk from the bus stop.
By Train & London Underground: Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 are served by the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth line and Piccadilly line. From Heathrow Central you will then need to complete the short journey to the hotel by bus, shuttle or taxi.
The Heathrow Express runs direct between London Paddington and Heathrow Central in around 15 minutes, with trains approximately every 15 minutes.
By Car: The hotel is conveniently located close to Junction 4 of the M4, with easy access to the M25 and the wider motorway network.
Hotel Car Park:
The hotel has 500 onsite parking spaces, available on a first come, first served basis and non-guaranteed.

The hotel car park is operated by a third-party company, ParkingEye Ltd. You must either pay the full published parking rate or, when using the hotel’s discounted rate, ensure that your vehicle registration details are correctly submitted at the hotel. Failure to pay or register your vehicle correctly may result in a parking charge being issued to the vehicle owner.
Other London Airports: If you are travelling via Gatwick, Luton, Stansted or London City Airport, onward travel to Heathrow is available by coach, rail and public transport. Journey times can vary considerably, so please allow plenty of time and check the latest travel information before departure.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxed meal between workshops, a quick bite before the evening party or somewhere to meet friends for a drink, you’ll find a choice of dining and bar options within the hotel complex.
Filini Restaurant
Located by the entrance to the Orbiter Conference Centre, Filini offers relaxed Italian-inspired dining with a menu including freshly prepared pasta, risotto, Neapolitan-style pizzas, grilled dishes and a selection of wines and cocktails.
Icons
Sitting at the heart of the hotel complex between the Radisson RED and Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre, Icons is a natural meeting point throughout the weekend. Meet friends for a drink, relax between workshops or grab something informal to eat, with pizzas, sandwiches, salads, snacks and a selection of wines, beers and cocktails available.
Breakfast
Start the day with the hotel’s buffet breakfast before heading into the day’s workshops, with a wide selection available to get you ready for a full day of dancing.
With everything within the same hotel complex, you can eat, drink, relax and catch up with friends without having to leave the Congress.

3 nights of parties, two days of workshops, live music, shows and social dancing, with the impressive Discovery Suite at the heart of the MamboCity Congress.
Our new home gives us a different setting in which to create the MamboCity Congress Weekend, with a combination of spaces for workshops, parties, live music and shows.
Discovery Suite, The Heart of the Congress
The impressive Discovery Suite will be our main event space and the heart of the MamboCity Congress. Larger than any single room we have previously used at the Congress, Discovery gives us a fantastic setting for our main social dancing, live music and shows, while also hosting workshops during the daytime.
Discovery Pre-Function
Directly connected to Discovery, the spacious pre-function area becomes another part of the Congress programme, giving us additional space for workshops and social dancing while keeping everything close to the main room.
Atlantis & Bleriot
These additional rooms will give us dedicated spaces for more of our workshops and social dancing throughout the weekend, allowing different styles and sessions to run alongside the main programme in Discovery.
Together, these spaces give us the flexibility to move from daytime workshops into evening shows, live music and late-night social dancing, all within the same connected hotel complex
